Colouring Pages

By now you have probably figured out that when it comes to mental health, I am an open book. I realize, though, that being so open about mental health is not for everyone.

Don’t feel like talking it out, try colouring it out instead!

Here are free downloadable colouring sheets for both kids and grown-ups, created in consultation with Chelsea Kellner, MSW, RSW.

  1. These are so awesome! I work with so many kids who have a hard time expressing their feelings, whether it’s because they are not ready to talk about them out loud, or because they are unsure or do not have the vocabulary to talk about what’s causing them to have big feelings. Expression through art and writing are great alternatives to talking about difficult things.
